Roles & Responsibilities
Host
Sets the agenda, writes the interview script, and facilitates the discussion
Participant
Actively engages by completing the interview, sharing ideas, and providing feedback
Coordinator
Manages interview logistics and supports the Host in performing other activities as requested
Summary of Procedures
Typically, an interview template and gateway form need only be created once per client organization.
An interview represents a unique set of questions (the "script"). An interview can be used once or many times.
Each instance of an interview involves inviting, interview completion, and analyzing interviews.
